One mixed 20 ft container is enough to start — roughly 28–33 m³ of furniture, built from any combination of our lines. Sofas, dining rooms and bedroom sets share the box freely, and LCL shipments are possible for top-up orders once your program is running.
Yes — mixed loading is our core service, not an exception. You order room by room; our load engineers draw a packing plan for the container, flat-pack the case goods, blanket-wrap the upholstery and label every carton by room and set, so unloading at your warehouse goes shelf by shelf.
Each model runs in your choice from our fabric library: home and contract upholstery up to 100,000 Martindale, stain-guard finishes, plus leather and PU options. Colours are confirmed on physical swatch cards before production, and different sets in one container can carry different fabrics.
Frames are kiln-dried beech, glued and corner-blocked; seats use high-resilience foam at 32–35 kg/m³; case goods are E1 low-emission boards; and kids' lines are finished with water-based lacquers. Test reports and certificates travel with the shipment on request.
Yes — many of our containers leave with someone else's name on the cartons. We sew your labels, print your tags and pack in your boxes, shoot photos you can use in your catalog, and NDAs are standard. Your models are never offered to other buyers.
